Hi, I'm Ira.  I'm the Broker/Owner of IM Realty, located just outside The Villages, FL. My background is a little unique – I hold a contractors license and previously held a home inspector license, so I bring a different perspective to the real estate process.  For over 25 years, I've been immersed in this area, including eight and a half years working directly for Properties of The Villages, The Villages developer.  I then spent time honing my skills at ERA/Grizzard Realtors until 2023, before opening IM Realty.

My experience working directly for the developer, combined with my contracting and inspection background, gives me a deep understanding of the local market.  I know the ins and outs of these communities, and I use that knowledge to get the best possible results for my clients. I am a master contract negotiator and I know the FAR/BAR contract in detail and in its entirety which is important when negotiating an offer. I can’t tell you how many agents don’t understand the contract.
