Hi, I'm Ira.  I'm the Broker/Owner of IM Realty, located just outside The Villages, FL. My background is a little unique – I hold a contractors license and previously held a home inspector license, so I bring a different perspective to the real estate process.  For over 25 years, I've been immersed in this area, including eight and a half years working directly for Properties of The Villages, The Villages developer.  I then spent time honing my skills at ERA/Grizzard Realtors until 2023, before opening IM Realty.

My experience working directly for the developer, combined with my contracting and inspection background, gives me a deep understanding of the local market.  I know the ins and outs of these communities, and I use that knowledge to get the best possible results for my clients. I am a master contract negotiator and I know the FAR/BAR contract in detail and in its entirety which is important when negotiating an offer. I can’t tell you how many agents don’t understand the contract. Nina Ingram is a Realtor at IM Realty. She is a Miami native and was raised in Sumter County Florida. She is Cuban American making her fluent in English and Spanish. Nina completed her schooling at Wildwood Middle High and Graduated from The University Of Central Florida. Growing up in the area has given her a wealth of knowledge on what the area has to offer!
