The Reality Of Homes Under $250K In The Villages in 2024

So the reality of all that is... if you're looking for a home in the villages under $250,000, I have a screenshot here of an MLS search for homes under $250k in The Villages. You can see the results.

 

 

16 of those are manufactured homes. One of them is a one bedroom, one bath patio villa. So that's pretty much what you can expect if you're looking for homes under $250,000 here in The Villages. Now, the caveat to that is The Villages is the most expensive place to buy a home, obviously. So if you're in that price range and you absolutely want to be in The Villages, you're going to have to consider owning a manufactured home.

 

My suggestion, if you don't have to be in The Villages, is to look outside The Villages because every other community outside The Villages is going to be more home for less money. And that's just the reality of it all.
