Hey everybody, Ira Miller here with Homes Around the Villages YouTube channel and IM Realty and today I'm coming to you from Spruce Creek South which is directly across the street from Stonerest. Now Stonerest and Spruce Creek South are probably two of the closest 55 + communities on the north end of the villages very close to Spanish Springs and you have a ton of shopping. You have Walmart, you have Lowe's, you have Belks, you have BJ's and a ton of other shopping. So, the location is fantastic for Spruce Creek South. $175 HOA fee. That's one of the lowest in any of the 55 + communities in the area. So, you have a wonderful clubhouse. You have a wonderful golf course, which so happens to be that this house is right on the golf course. So, $289,000. $289,900 for this home. 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1,652 square ft living area, two car garage, vaulted ceilings. I mean, we're on a cul-de-sac right here. You'll see that a lot better when we take you up in the drone. But $289,900 on a golf course. If this home was in the villages, it'd probably be about $200,000 more. So, wonderful home, great price, great location. So, if you're looking for a really, really nice home with privacy, you have Granddaddy Oaks in the back, this is the home for you.

All right, so let's go ahead and go on inside. But first, before we do, I want to point out this wonderful front porch here. So now, this home faces north in the front, south in the rear. So you're always going to have shade on the front. So if you ever wanted to put your rocking chair, a couple rocking chairs over here, you can certainly do that. You do have access into the garage from the outside here as well as from the inside. So we're going to go ahead and check that out. So, come on in. Let's take a look at this wonderful home.
Inside of Home
Okay, so here we are. A little loud in here, right? There's a lot of square footage in this home. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, split floor plan, 1,652 square ft living area, vaulted ceilings. I'm a huge proponent on vaulted ceilings, okay? It just makes a home feel so much larger. So, the first thing we have over here is we have a nice little living room area. Now, you could set your couches up in several different ways. Over here, you do have the jack. So, possibly you could put a big screen TV on this wall, but you don't have to. You can put your couches over here. Put a big screen TV on this wall. So, you can set it up in all different ways. That's what I like. Versatility in this home. Dining room. So, you do have a dedicated dining room. So, it's kind of a dining living combo, which is what they call it in the MLS. Now on this side of the house, we have the laundry room. We have the garage. So over here, let's start over here. These guest bedrooms are very generous, if I have to say so. So, they are looking out over the golf course. So, you have a nice view from all of your bedrooms. Okay. So, here's your closet. The carpet is in really good shape. The next bedroom is over here. So, you're looking out on your yard. You have a beautiful yard. We're going to show you that in our drone here shortly. But again, you have a nice view of the golf course over here and a view out to your really nice sized yard. Your yard let me just tell you, it is 28. It's over a quarter of an acre. Walk-in closet. So, I'll walk in so you can kind of get an idea of how big this closet here is. Okay. So, your laundry room is inside the house, which is awesome. So you have a washer and dryer that comes with the house.
And then this leads you out to your garage. So a really nice size garage, two car garage. You do have a sprinkler system. You also have a utility sink over here. And you have a newer water heater. So it looks like this water heater was replaced in 2022. So only 3 years ago. These things last forever. 20 years at least. So, you're not going to have to worry about a water heater in this house. Okay, let's move along. There's that outside door I was showing you when we were coming inside the house. So, you can come into the garage either from outside over there or from inside the house. Oh, one thing I do want to point out. So, there you go. This is awesome. All right. So, if you're going to pedal around in the garage, you really want a screen that goes over the garage. And this isn't one of those screens that you have to push one way or the other. Okay. This one is electronic and then just goes straight up and down. So, last but certainly not least, we have the guest bathroom over here. We have a really nice size guest bathroom here. So, nice long vanity. You have storage here in your bathroom. Plenty of storage, linen, towels, whatever. Sheets, toilets kind of tucked over here to the side and a tub shower combination. All in really nice condition.
Okay, so let's go to the other side of the house. So, that's really the great thing about this home is the split floor plan in my opinion. Okay, so let's go ahead and check out the kitchen. So nice. A lot of countertop space. You could put bar stools right here if you wanted to. Plenty of counter space on that side. A newer Samsung cafe refrigerator. All your controls are up here. Ice maker. Nice bottom drawer. Freezer. Okay, master bedroom. This is a huge master bedroom. Vaulted ceilings in the master bedroom. I love that carpet is in good condition and a really nice size walk-in closet. So, here you have single shelving. You could easily put double shelving and double up your closet space inside this walk-in closet. Okay, master bathroom. long countertop, kind of a makeup area. Your mirror goes all the way across. Nice size shower. And you even have a linen closet inside here.
Okay. And let me just show you a really great part of this home. That's the enclosed lanai. All right. So, the homeowner went ahead and had this whole lanai enclosed and you have actually glass. So, this is a double pane insulated glass. Really makes this home have that much more square footage. Okay. And then you have a really nice patio to put some chairs out to enjoy your granddaddy oak that you have back here. And then enjoy the view that you have of the golf course. If you ever wanted to put a pool, plenty of space to put a pool inside this home site. That would be beautiful. You have already got your privacy hedges in here and then you have your nice granddaddy oak. Oh, and one thing I forgot to point out outside was you do have gutters outside along your roof lining. All right, so there you go. That is the inside of this wonderful home. $289,900. really for a home that has this kind of square footage, this enclosed lai, a beautiful view, a panoramic view of this golf course, there's your clubhouse right down there. So, you are literally walking distance over to the clubhouse.

All right, so let's go ahead and head up. I'm going to show you some really nice shots of this home and the fact that it is on a golf course and on a cul-de-sac. So there you go. This is what we're looking at. Trying to show you around a little bit. So, this is the access road that takes us right to the clubhouse. So, we'll go ahead and fly that way just so you can see how close the clubhouse is.All right, so there you go. clubhouse to the golf course. Then our rec center isn't that far away either. So, we'll just head on over that way. And there's our recreation center right there in front of us. All right. So, there's the golf course. Why don't we head on over and just fly along the golf course so you can see how awesome and the great condition that this golf course is in. So there we are back at the clubhouse. We look on the horizon. That's the villages over there. So, we're that close to the villages. Okay. So, there's our home, right below us.Give us one more view of the golf course, of the community,and then our cul-de-sac. and we'll give ourselves a little fly around. How's that? And there's our home right in the middle of our screen there. And let's just go ahead and bring us down and do one more flyover. How's that? Okay. So, what'd you think? Right. Everything I said it was. You have rolled down screens in the front of the garage. You have a really nice two car garage. The roof was put on in 2018, so it's only 7 years old. So, you have plenty of life left on that roof. The AC was manufactured at the end of 2016, so it was probably installed sometime around 2017. So, what is that? That's 8 years old for the air conditioner. So, that's been serviced consistently. It's still working and it's in great condition.
