It's been a year since we purchased a house through Ira and his team. Ira has an incredible knowledge of real estate in the area. Actually we had chosen the homes in The Villages we wanted to see, and he was great about going to see those and not pushing anything on us. We really had no idea where the location was in TV for the places we had chosen, and he let us know the pros and cons of them. His comment on the house we did purchase was "if I was going to buy a place here, this is where I'd buy". It's actually an older area of TV, but we have way more than everything we want or could need and we feel much more than most other areas offer. Anybody else was pushing us to the new areas. He was also instrumental in getting us contacts and expertise throughout our renovation stage...which came out HGTV quality!!! We waited to get settled in before giving the review to make sure Ira wasn't the typical real estate person. He's not..TRUST HIM!!
